Jim D’Ovidio started his company, Brown Dog Marketing, from the basement of his Plainsboro home in 2001. More than a decade later, the company has grown into one of the top distributors of promotional products in the U.S. Now D’Ovidio has been honored by the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce is its Champion for Business for June. The monthly honor recognizes a business leader for their support of the chamber, business growth, and demonstration of good corporate citizenship.

Brown Dog Marketing supplies corporate gifts, promotional products, and screen-printing and embroidering. Clients range from local companies to national groups.

“It’s truly an honor to be recognized by your peers in the business community,” D’Ovidio said. “I help out in the chamber because the chamber has been good to me and I’m helping other business owners like me.”
