Library to offer ‘The Odyssey’ workshop for Princeton freshmen

Princeton Public Library is set to offer a workshop on Princeton High School’s Summer required summer reading.

A two-hour workshop on Homer’s epic poem The Odyssey for rising high school freshmen is scheduled for 1 p.m. July 10.

Teacher Margaret Spear is set to present to workshop. Students should come prepared to move, play and travel around Ancient Greece through their imagination and Homer’s words.

The workshop will be held in the library’s Community Room, 65 Witherspoon St., Princeton.

Participation is limited to 25. Registration is required and can be completed through the library’s online events calendar at princetonlibrary.org.
