The Lawrence Library is set to offer a six-week acting workshop on monologues.

Julie Ellen Prusinowski is set to lead a workshop entitled, Curtain Up: Mastering the Monologue.

Prusinowski has produced and directed professionally for more than 30 years, most of that time in New Jersey, and has worked with many regional playwrights, including William Mastrosimone, Mark St. Germain and Bruce Graham. She has taught acting, directing and theatre history at several colleges, including Rowan University and Bucks County Community College. Prusinowski holds a bachelors degree in Educational Theatre, a masters in Acting and Directing, and has completed course work for a PhD in Theatre History, Literature and Criticism.
