Grover Farm Report

The long-awaited Grover’s Farm report, just released by West Windsor Township Attorney Mike Herbert, answers some questions, raises others, but will surely not resolve the controversy. Members of the Grover’s Homestead Restoration Committee already are bristling at the suggestion that three of their members entered the Farmstead “illegally” on May 15, 2012.

The report also finds that at least one other member of the public — unidentified — made off with some scrap metal items of little value. The Mercer County prosecutor’s office has already declared that any illegalities are not worth prosecuting.

The investigative report will not be released to the public. Herbert agreed to issue a report on the behalf of the Township; it contains five findings regarding the loss of personal property at Grover Farm.

Full coverage will be included in the February 15 edition of the WW-P News.
