RWJ Hamilton fair set for Feb. 23

Robert Wood Johnson’s Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness and Hospital is set to host their Community Health Fair Feb. 23.

The fair is free and open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the health and wellness center, 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Mercerville.

This year’s theme is The Beat Goes On to celebrate American Heart Month. The beat is also in the center’s dance classes; participants can try Zumba at 9:30, belly dancing at 10:15 a.m., BODYJAM at 11 a.m. and line dancing at 11:45 p.m. during the fair.

Activities include also TRX suspension training and kettlebell class demonstrations, kids crafts and a healthy cooking station where attendees can make their own granola.

The center is set to offer free body fat, blood pressure, running gait, functional movement and vein screenings.

By participating in activities, guests will earn a ticket for the pick-a-prize raffle at the end of the fair. Prizes including a one year membership, a Trenton Thunder prize pack and a new bike from Bernie’s Bicycle Shop
