Ford wins third place in Health Occupation Students of America photo contest

Mercer County Technical School junior, Lenaya Ford, won third place in the Medical Photography competition at the Health Occupation Students of America State Leadership Conference at Monmouth County Vocational School in Freehold on March 16, 2013.

For the competition, Ford used digital photography to illustration three health care professionals, which she edited using computer software. 30 other students submitted work in the event.

Chairman and CEO of BCT Partners, Dr. Randal Pinkett, who won the reality TV show The Apprentice, gave the keynote speech.
