The Bordentown City Green Team is looking for volunteers for its annual Green Fair.

Volunteers are needed to help plan the fair, which offers community members the opportunity to see how they can help improve the environment.

The Bordentown City Green Fair, sponsored by the Bordwntown City Environmental Commission, is scheduled for June 8.

At the Green Fair, vendors educate and encourage visitors to adopt a more sustainable life style.

The Green Team is also preparing for Sustainable Jersey re-certification, which is a program for municipalities that want to go green, control costs, and take steps to improve quality of life over the long term.

Volunteer opportunities are not limited to Bordentown City residents only.
