PETA named Arm and Hammer Park the third most vegetarian-friendly ballparks in the Minor Leagues.

The park, home to the Trenton Thunder, offers vegetarian options at its Healthy Plate concession stand.

Health Plate’s menu features veggie dogs and burgers, vegetarian chili, a portobello mushroom and grilled vegetable sandwich and a fruit sorbet that can be jazzed up with strawberry, blueberry, mango and banana mix-ins.

The menu was designed by certified dietitians under the direction of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey vice president and chief medical officer Glenn D. Pomerantz.

Other menu items includes salads, baked potatoes with low-fat toppings, gluten-free cookies and low-fat frozen yogurt.

Arm and Hammer Park came in third behind Tulsa Drillers’ ONEOK Field in Oklahoma and Durham Bulls Athletic Park in North Carolian.

Also representing New Jersey, the Lakewood BlueClaws’ FirstEnergy Park was ranked fifth.
