“NetiquetteIQ: A Comprehensive Guide to Improve, Enhance and Add Power to Your Email” by Paul Babicki, a Hopewell resident, is the first how-to book on electronic communications that details the rules, practices, and preferred use of language that can improve the civility, lucidity, and etiquette of your emails.

NetiquetteIQ defines email form so that everyone is on the same virtual page. Starting with correct use of “To” and “From” fields and continuing on to the proper way to respond to spam and more, this reference guide will give you the proper procedures to best present yourself or your company, no matter what the circumstance.

Babicki is the founder and president of Tabula Rosa Systems, a company that sells computer networking hardware/software products, email filtering and email security systems, as well as email grammar, tone and content software. The company is currently developing an email IQ rating system, NetiquetteIQ. Babicki also authors a blog, netiquetteiq.blogspot.com. For more information, visit netiquetteiq.com.
