While West Windsor is undergoing the mediation process with regard to two objections filed against its third-round affordable housing plan, Plainsboro is on the way to adopting an ordinance as a formality to enforce its approved plan.##M:[more]##

As reported in the News earlier this month, Plainsboro received state Council on Affordable Housing approval for its fair share plan, introduced the ordinance, and is scheduled to hold a public hearing and adoption on Wednesday, July 8.

“This memorializes that action in ordinance form,” said Mayor Peter Cantu. “This is just a formality to pass the necessary ordinance to pass with the COAH requirements.”
