The bride-to-be is the daughter of Chester and Carol Poppe of Plumstead Township. A graduate of Georgian Court University, she teaches at Wicoff School.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of John and Eileen Collins of West Windsor. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, he received a degree in criminal justice from Saint Joseph’s University. He is employed by Plainsboro Fire District.
