Grover Middle School students in grades 7 and 8 placed first in the Continental Math League’s national competition. The team advisor is Kathy Kempf. Seventh grade students include Kevin Luo, Benjamin Zhu, Alexander Clifton, Sahana Jayaraman, Peter Ku, Josh Rose, Elizabeth Yang, Ronald Yu, Anirudh Thuppul, Carolina Kellner, and Cathy Yin. Eighth grade students include Avik Banerjee, May Chang, Ming Ming Tran, Michael Wu, Rishi Narang, Rishita Patolla, Alexander Yu, Harrison Liew, Christopher So, Nikita Singh, and Stephanie Wang.##M:[more]##

Grover students also placed well in the New Jersey Math League Contest and all of the eighth grade participants had perfect scores including Ankita Gore, Ming Ming Tran, Michael Wu, Ante Qu, and Malavika Thottappillil. The seventh grade students are Alex Clifton, Peter Ku, Elizabeth Yang, and Sahana Jayaraman; and the sixth grade students are Nikil Dondapati, Sean Wu, Krishna Murugesan, and Elias Wang.
