Lawrence Nature Center to host environmental engineering program for adults

The Lawrence Nature Center is set to host an Engineering in the Environment program on May 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Linda Burroughs, a science methods professor at TCNJ, will share the idea behind the Next Generation Science Standards as well as activities everyone can do.

To gain admission bring a plastic sack’s worth of recyclables like towel tubes, foil, baggies, paper bags, screening, plastic bottles, small bit of fabric, aluminum pans, old sponges and newspaper.

This program is for adults.
