On October 20, Brett and Tahirih Smith are set to give a talk titled The Importance of Bees in the Garden at the Garden Gate Garden Club of Lawrenceville.
The Smiths will share their beekeeping adventures and show a working have (inside a glass enclosure. Tahirih is the chairwoman for Sustainable Lawrence and Brett works for Deutsche Bank in New York City.
The program begins at 7 p.m. at Lawrence Township Senior Center located at 30 Darrah Lane East.
