County seeks photos from juried exhibition

As part of its yearlong series of events commemorating the 175th Anniversary of its founding, Mercer County is host a juried photography exhibition at The Gallery at Mercer County Community College.

Amateur and professional photographers, 18 years old and older, who live or attend school in Mercer County can submit photos for the exhibit.

The exhibition’s theme is My Mercer; photos all works must feature people, places, events or things in Mercer County that make it such a special place to live. Photos must be from the past three years.

Entries must be delivered to the Gallery by 12 p.m. Nov. 9.

This year’s juror is The Times of Trenton’s award-winning photo-journalist Michael Mancuso.

Purchase and merit awards will be selected and announced at the Opening Reception, set for 5 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 20. Awards include a $300 best in show prize.

The live jurying takes place on Nov. 9 in The Gallery at Mercer County Community College, 2nd floor Communications Building, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor.

Show dates are Nov. 19 to Dec. 18.
