Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County hosts holiday open house

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County is inviting local families to attend their preschool holiday open house. The open house provides time for children to interact with the staff and experience all the activities the new has to offer.

All families are encouraged to join the guided tour of the clubhouse and see plans for the new outdoor playground. The staff will also be available to go over the preschool curriculum and pricing.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County provide young people—ages 5 to 18—in Trenton and surrounding communities with safe havens, academic enrichment and recreational activities through after-school, weekend and summer programs.

The preschool holiday open house will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Spruce Street Clubhouse, 1040 Spruce Street, Lawrence.

Scheduled activities include:

10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: face painting, arts and crafts, clubhouse tour, sports activities (obstacle course), holiday snack table10:45 a.m.: Magic show by George the Magician12:00 p.m.: Meet Santa
