Hopewell Senior Services has five events scheduled for February.

The Let’s Chat group with Vivian Greenberg, LCSW is set to meet 1 to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Hopewell Valley Senior Center, 395 Reading St., Pennington. All are welcome to join in the groups discussion. Refreshments will be served.

A knitting and crochet group is set to meet 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 13 and 27 at the Hopewell Valley Senior Center. Knitters and crocheters will discuss tips, tricks and their current projects. Bring your own project, pattern and material. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Tea will be served.

New Jersey Appellate Court Judge, Alexander P. Waugh Jr. is set to discuss making legal decisions 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Pennington Library, 30 N. Main Street, Pennington. Discussion topics include wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, guardianship and trusts. Light refreshments served.

Hopewell Valley residents turning 60-years-old or over in January, February or March are invited to a quarterly birthday breakfast 9 a.m. Feb. 15 at the Hopewell Valley Golf Club, 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road, Hopewell. Spouses and guests can attend for a $15 fee, which can be paid at the door. RSVP to the Hopewell Township Recreation Department no later than February 8 at (609) 737-3753.

The senior center is booking appointments for tax help with AARP Tax-Aide volunteers. Appointments are available between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, March 18 and 25. Appointments can be made by calling (609)737-0605, extension 692 or emailing awaugh@hopewelltwp.org.
