Honor Yoga’s new Circle of Life programs will be led by Leslie Hadley, ERYT, RPYT, Integrative Health and Transformation Coach.

The Honor Yoga family has experienced rapid growth in the past year, opening 6 new studio locations and three new divisions with Therapeutics, Workplace Wellness and Retreats. Now, Honor Yoga is excited to announce the newest member of their health and well-being division and the addition of new members to our family.

As the newest member, “Circle of Life”, will focus on offering specialized yoga programs, classes, and education for all stages of life, beginning with fertility, prenatal yoga classes, carried through Yoga for kids to include family yoga, into yoga for active adults and seniors, and all the milestones in between.

The Circle of Life programs will be led by Leslie Hadley, ERYT, RPYT, Integrative Health and Transformation Coach. As the Director of the Circle of Life programs, Hadley will develop in-house and off-site programs for families, children of all ages, fertility, prenatal, postnatal and seniors, as well as focusing on training program for Honor teachers, as well as parents.

The Circle of Life program will set the roots for a yoga practice for mom and baby during and post-pregnancy. Yoga can then become a fun activity for the whole family through our Mommy & Baby or Mommy & Me yoga classes (don’t worry, Dads are encouraged to come as well). Children can then evolve into Kids, Tweens and Teens yoga programs, which are geared towards building confidence, having fun and making friends through fun yoga play and breath work. Additionally, specialized classes, including Chair Yoga will be available and geared towards active seniors and those recovering from injury or illness.

Hadley began her own yoga practice many years ago but has been teaching yoga for the past 16 years. In 2009 she spent over a year at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she learned about holistic nutrition. Most recently she became certified in the Transformational Coaching Method where she helps families transform their lives through nutrition, fun and education while creating a balanced family life.

She has taught yoga to all age groups from infants to seniors and has developed teacher training programs for each stage of life. Hadley has taught yoga to kids from Pre-K to teens including special needs for over 14 years as well as prenatal and seniors for more than 10 years. Her teaching skills have developed into training programs to share the message of education.

Hadley teaches all styles of yoga from Vinyasa to Iyengar style classes but found her calling as a specialty yoga teacher and mentor. She is also a Reiki Master, Childbirth Assistant and Thai Massage Therapist. Her yoga background and trainings will compliment her 27 years of experience in corporate business management to assistance with the growth of the new program, and providing education on the importance of a yoga practice for all ages.

Circle of Life programs will be available at all seven of Honor Yoga locations in Hamilton, Pennington, Mansfield, Millstone, Manalapan, Jackson and Hillsborough. For more information, visit honoryoga.com/circleoflife, follow Circle of Life on Facebook, orcontact Hadley at leslie@honoryoga.com.
