Hamilton Elks Special Children’s Committee Chairman Ed Adams presents Alessandro Ryan with a $500 scholarship with Exalted Ruler Mike Rasimowicz. Ryan was recognized for his outstanding academic achievement during his senior year at the New Jersey School for the Deaf. He plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology in the fall.
