The Hamilton Elks recently celebrated its 51st anniversary with a dinner and awards ceremony honoring those who exhibited outstanding achievement during the past year. Exalted Ruler Robert Van Hise presents Past Exalted Ruler Harry Schulz with an award acknowledging his commitment and dedication to the lodge, while Joseph Foley was presented with the Citizen of the Year Award, citing his service to the lodge and community; particularly in the area of Special Needs Children.
