CrossFit Jungle Gym signs Hamilton lease

Fennelly Associates, one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s most experienced and successful independent full-service commercial real estate service providers, announces it has negotiated a 4,000-square-foot lease located at 4 Crossroads Drive in Hamilton, N.J.

Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly of Fennelly Associates, Inc. represented the landlord, Residential Management in the transaction with the Tenant, CrossFit Jungle Gym.

Founded in 2011, CrossFit Jungle Gym is a modern physical fitness and wellness center dedicated to helping its members maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Through a variety of individual and group training programs, it looks to provide its members with coaching and helps them establish structured exercise routines and nutritional habits.

4 Crossroads Drive is a single-story, 35,000-square-foot flex building featuring a range of adaptable office and industrial spaces. Located just off Interstate 295 with convenient access to major highways including Route 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the property is home to a wide variety of tenants including Eden Autism Services, Skyline Solar and New Beginnings Adult Day Care.
