Teresa Costantini, of Bordentown Twp., entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2015. She was 96 years old.

Daughter of the late Lucrezia (Radice) and Antonio Carlucci, she was predeceased by her beloved and devoted husband of 75 years, George Costantini; siblings Benedict Carlucci, Mildred Mifflin, Vito Carlucci and son-in-law Jack Bookholdt.

She is survived by her daughter Joyce Bookholdt of Bordentown Twp., a son George Costantini and his wife Donna of Columbus, grandsons Kevin Bookholdt, George Costantini, Marc Bookholdt and his wife Deanna and David Costantini, and five great grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Justin, Carly and Elisa Bookholdt, two brothers, Anthony and his wife Frances Carlucci and Louis Carlucci and his companion Evelyn Hill, a special niece, Carol Russomanno, a sister-in-law Louise Stepisnik of Redwood City, CA, and several other nieces and nephews.

Tess, or Nana, as she was affectionately known by her loved ones, was a multi-talented homemaker, seamstress, cook, decorator, and avid gardener. She will be remembered for her charming home and garden, which she lovingly cared for together with her husband George. They are now together with the Lord in their eternal home. A great loss for those she left behind, a joy for those who welcomed her home. We love you now as we did then.

Calling hours will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at the Huber Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ 08505.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home conducted by her grandson, Marc Bookholdt.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ, where she

will be laid to rest beside her husband and parents.
