TC Nelson of Trenton Social is set to hold a pig roast and rum punch fundraiser for the Trent House Association on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will take place on the grounds of the 1719 William Trent House Museum located at 15 Market Street in Trenton.

The pigs will be roasted in three different themes: Latin, Asian and American. Attendees will also enjoy signature rum drinks such as a Mojito Fresco, a Thai Basil and Ginger Mojito or the classic Hurricane. All roasting stations will serve side dishes.

The Trent House Museum and restored garden will be open for tours and guests will have the opportunity to see items found in the recent archeological dig.

Listed on both the State and National Registers of Historic sites and designated a National Landmark by Congress, the meticulously restored 1719 William Trent House, historic kitchen and garden continue to reward visitors with a glimpse of life in pre-revolutionary America. With its interpretation of William Trent’s lifestyle the house remains remarkably diverse.

Tickets to the event are $45 and are available online at williamtrenthouse.org, at the Trenton Social located at 449 South Broad Street or at the Trent House Museum Visitor’s Center at 15 Market Street. Ages 21 and over. A cash bar is available for wine and beer. Ample free parking.
