Princeton Public Library is set to celebrate Worldwide Knit in Public Day on June 14 starting at 11 a.m. on Hinds Plaza.

Participants are invited to bring their own knitting and crochet projects and it is suggested that participants bring their own chairs.

World Wide Knit in Public Day was started in 2005 as a way for knitters to come together and enjoy each other’s company.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held in the library’s Community Room.

Princeton Public Library is located at 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton.
