Plainsboro Township Committee at its June 8 business meeting approved the following actions:##M:[more]##

A Capital Ordinance authorizing $36,”190 for computers, office equipment, furniture, and building and grounds improvements.

An assessment ordinance authorizing the issuance of $203,”587 in bonds for the completion of sewers in the Village are. Committee also appointed a Board of Assessment to determine the reimbursment to the township by homeowners benefiting from the sewers.

A $50,”400 contract award for HVAC maintenance at the municipal complex to EEJ Mechanical of Barrington.

Authorizing $13,”481 to be added to the 2005 budget from a Robert Wood Johnson Bulletproof Vest grant.

An agreement with Middlesex County extending the conservation management agreement for the Plainsboro Preserve through April 2019. The agreement — originally expire in 2009 — effectively allows Plainsboro to maintain control of the property through its expiration.

A $61,”500 contract with Michael Buchalski as an appraisal consultant for the defense of commercial tax appeals, and an $18,”000 contract with Harry Haushalter for the defense of commercial tax appeals.
