Old Barracks Museum to hold women’s sewing circle

The Old Barracks Museum is set to hold a women’s sewing circle on March 22 and March 23.

Attendees will be able to watch women in period dress sew authentic colonial clothes.

The women will be also be answering questions about their clothing and skills.

The program is included with the cost of regular admission which is $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.

Reenactors and others are invited to participate in the event where they will be able to attend a workshop on proper shift construction led by Wendy Moyer.

The museum is located at 101 Barrack Street, Trenton.
