Edward H. Herman, a partner with the West Windsor law firm of Hill Wallack, has been appointed Plainsboro Municipal Judge.
A member of the firm’s Litigation Division and partner-in-charge of the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, Herman is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a workers’ compensation expert.
