Musical Notes

Joseph Burke, 12, took first place in the principal viola position in the Central Jersey Regional Intermediate Orchestra competition, sponsored by the New Jersey Music Educators Association. He studies viola with Paul Manulik of West Windsor, the director of the Princeton String Academy. Burke is a member of the Crossroads North Middle School Orchestra in South Brunswick and the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra.
