Plainsboro has joined other towns in Central Jersey in being officially recognized as part of Einstein’s Alley.

An Einstein’s Alley sign was raised at the site of the future University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro at the corner of Route 1 and Plainsboro Road on November 30.

Einstein’s Alley is a private, non-profit economic development initiative that fosters economic growth through advocacy and delivery of services with the goal of making central New Jersey the destination for technology companies. As part of the initiative, Einstein’s Alley tries to attract new companies to the area, retain existing business, and encourage the growth of jobs and services.

The sign raising was sponsored by Turner Construction, which is building the new hospital.
