Council Members Will Anklowitz, Franc Gambatese, and Charles Morgan have all said they will seek re-election to their seats in this year’s municipal election, which will be held on Tuesday, May 8. ##M:[more]##As of press time, no candidates had yet submitted a nominating petition. Anklowitz and Morgan plan to include Windsor Haven Resident Steven Schorr on their ticket.
Gambatese says he will assemble a full three-member slate to challenge Anklowitz, Morgan, and Schorr. He has plans to announce his running mates on Saturday, January 20.
The deadline for filing petitions is Thursday, March 15, at 4 p.m. Petition forms are now available in the Clerk’s Office at Town Hall.
