A daughter was born to Plainsboro residents Leslie and Craig Vandenberg, February 20.
A son was born to Plainsboro residents Kuo-Mei Chen and Ti-Chiun Chang, February 20.
Daughters were born to West Windsor residents Shumei and Jim Liao, February 8; and Leah Moody and Jermaine Bright, February 20.
Twin sons were born to West Windsor residents Hilda and Scott Klasky on February 17.
