Christie Dougherty, a rising freshman at High School North, has been named an All-American Scholar with the United States Achievement Academy. Dougherty, nominated for the award by Susan Toohey, a math teacher at Community Middle School, will have her name appear in the All-American Scholar Yearbook which is published nationally.

Dougherty, a member of the girls field hockey team, received a state award at New Jersey History Day in the Junior Historical Paper category. She also volunteers as a Big Brother/Sister for both the West Windsor Soccer Association and Little League.
