Allison Liu, a sixth grade student at Grover Middle School and a West Windsor resident, won a talent show competition and was invited to Beijing, China, to perform for a Chinese New Year show program for Central China TV channel (CCTV) during the Christmas week. The show will be broadcasted in China nationally during the Chinese New Year season. Liu will perform at the Chinese new year celebration for the Central Jersey Chinese American Association and Plainsboro Chinese School at Millstone River Elementary School on Saturday, February 2, and at the Huaxia Plainsboro Chinese School at High School North on Sunday, February 10.
Allison is a straight A student and a member of the student council at Grover Middle School.
