Hopewell Quarry to host first ever Polar Plunge March 8

The Hopewell Quarry, the nonprofit swimming hole located in Hopewell Township, is planning to host the first ever Polar Plunge fundraiser at the quarry.

The Hopewell Quarry will be challenging community members to brave the chilly waters of the Quarry in winter. Participants will receive a special Quarry Plunge Towel (while supplies last).

The plunge is set to take place on Saturday, March 8 at 10 a.m. Preregistration is available online.

Spectators are welcome. There will be a separate tickets for individuals who do not wish to plunge, but do wish to spectate and support the Quarry from the warmth of their winter jackets.

The Quarry is asking that only individuals ages 12 and older attend. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. College students must present a valid college ID.
