Tickets are nearly sold out for Whispers of Trenton’s Past: A Guided Spirit Walk, the final fall program of the season at Mercer Cemetery at Trenton, the city’s oldest non-secular burial ground.

The event will take place Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m., offering visitors a guided walk through the historic cemetery, where more than 400 Trentonians are buried — including the city’s first mayor and numerous Civil War veterans.

Board president Thomas Barclay and nationally recognized medium Danielle Schwartz, who has more than 25 years of experience, will lead the program, sharing stories about some of Trenton’s earliest leaders and most colorful residents.

“Mercer Cemetery is a piece of history hiding in plain sight,” Barclay said. “These programs invite our community to encounter the past where it happened, and to keep its stories alive.”

Tickets are $50 and available through Ticket Leap at ticketleap.events/tickets/mercer-cemetery/whispers-of-trenton-s-past.
