Princeton Floral Design will open at 28 Palmer Square East in time for Valentine’s Day.

The flower shop didn’t release an official grand opening date, but its expected to open within the next week.

Princeton Floral Design offers a variety of freshly cut flowers, orchids, green plants and custom arrangements to compliment any home or business, as well as special events and weddings.

“We believe that by listening to our customers’ interests, we can create and design a perfect, custom arrangement for any occasion,” Iryna Kudelya, Princeton Floral Design owner, said.

In addition to designs, they also offer gifts in delicate hand selected boxes from local merchants and artists, as well as French chocolates.

Kudelya was born in the Ukraine and spent most of her childhood running around her family’s flower garden. She said her love for design and arranging flowers turned into a full-time gig. She currently lives in Princeton with her family.

Lori Rabon, vice president of Palmer Square, said Princeton Floral Design is the perfect complement to Palmer Square’s walkable downtown experience.

“Princeton Floral has expressed a commitment to partnering with the local business community,” Rabon said. “This is the prime location for their business to flourish. We are thrilled they will call Palmer Square home.”
