Princeton Senior Resources Center’sEvergreen Forum is set start classes on Sept. 27.

Registration for autumn 2013 is currently underway. This year’s offerings include a look at evil in four short classic novels and a close examination of epic journeys from a geographer’s perspective.

Classes are scheduled for daytime hours at the Princeton Senior Resource Center and other locations throughout town. They are set to begin Sept. 27.

Evergreen classes are led by retired faculty from area universities and professionals in their fields. Classes are designed to encourage intellectually engaging dialog between student and teacher.

Among this semester’s offerings are courses in law, politics, diet, science and literature.

Last year, more than 400 students applied for Evergreen, which resulted in several oversubscribed classes.

Evergreen is scheduled to hold a lottery for this semester’s oversubscribed courses on Aug. 27.
