Returning to work workshop set for September

Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County is set to offer a workshop on returning to the workforce starting in September.

Career coach Karen Rubin is scheduled to present Return to Work Coaching Circle, a 4-session workshop, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sept. 17 and 24 and Oct 1 and 8.

Rubin is a certified coach specializing in professional development and helping women advance their careers. She is the founder of Princeton Corporate Coaching, LLC.

The workshop is designed to help participants regain confidence, learn to position career breaks on resumes and in interviews, update resumes, refresh networking skills, develop an “elevator story,” create business cards, become familiar with online job search tools and practice interviewing.

The cost is $135 for all four sessions. Register with a friend and the cost is reduced to $125 per person. Pre-registration is required to Lara Wellerstein at 609-987-8100 or laraw@jfcsonline.org.

The series is set to take place at the West Windsor Arts Center, 952 Alexander Road, Princeton Junction.
