Baris Yakin of Plainsboro was among 59 students inducted into Rider University’s Leadership Development Program. He is a junior majoring in psychology. The program includes academic course work, intensive skill building, and supervised involvement as student leaders on and off campus. The program now includes on on-line portfolio system for tracking the student’s co-curricular activities while promoting effective communication, influence, and teamwork.
