All accused are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. All were charged and released pending a court date unless otherwise stated.

Residents at Sharon Arms Apartments awoke on Oct. 26 to find seven vehicles had been vandalized overnight. Sgt. Michael Farrell responded to the complex 7:32 a.m. Oct. 26 to investigate the incident. Police said the perpetrators used spray paint, and picked vehicles at random. There is no indication anyone was targeted, RPD said.

Hindering Apprehension

On Oct. 24 at 3:16 p.m., Officer Michael Slininger stopped 25-year-old Branden Vargas on Route 130. Police charged the Trenton resident with hindering apprehension, suspended driver, unlicensed driver and uninsured motorist.

DWI

On Oct. 29, Officer Matthew Hill stopped Yardville resident Grezegorz Kuczynski, 29, on Route 130. Kuczynski was charged with DWI, resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, reckless driving, careless driving, suspended driver and failure to install Interlock device.

On Nov. 15 at 11:09 p.m., Officer John Cain stopped Margarette Armenante, 67 of Hamilton, on Route 130. Armenante was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, and driving the wrong way on a one way road.

Officer Michael Slininger initiated a stop on Route 526 Nov. 16 at 7:48 p.m. The vehicle’s 63-year-old driver, Joseph Burg of Chesterfield, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and open container of alcohol. A passenger, 29-year-old Jarrett Coney of Maguire Air Force Base, was charged with possession of loaded firearm and allowing a minor access to a loaded firearm.

On Nov. 19 at 1:21 a.m., Officer Thomas Septak stopped a vehicle on Route 130. The 37-year-old driver, Jose Veletanga of East Windsor, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and suspended driver.

Lt. Chris Clifton pulled over a vehicle on Interstate 195 Nov. 22 at 10:44 p.m. The 44-year-old driver, Edgar Mackenzie of Ewing was charged with DWI, operating during a suspension after second DWI, DWI with minor in a vehicle, violation of Interlock device, suspended driver and reckless driving.

On Nov. 23 at 11:39 a.m., Officer David Fegler stopped Roebling resident Michael Mikhailik on Route 130. The 53-year-old driver was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, open container of alcohol and disregard of traffic control device.

At 4:05 a.m. on Nov. 26, Officer Matthew Hill stopped a vehicle on Route 33. The 22-year-old driver, Christoph Ricci of Hamilton, was charged with DWI, failure to maintain lane, speeding, reckless driving and careless driving. A passenger, 23-year-old Troy Flood of Hamilton, was charged with possession of hashish.

Theft

Approximately $15,000 worth of items were reported stolen from a Tindal Road home Oct. 26. The victim reported the residence was under construction, and the stolen items included kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. Sgt. Scott Kivet responded to the call.

Bryheem Oliver, 26 of Philadelphia, was charged with theft Nov. 4 at the Amazon fulfillment center on New Canton Way. Police allege Oliver took $700 in merchandise from the warehouse. Officer Robert Quinn responded to the call at 1:03 a.m.

A Redmax leaf blower was removed from a landscape trailer on Robbinsville-Allentown Road; the victim reported the equipment was worth $580. Officer Thomas Septak responded Nov. 3 at 7:04 a.m.

Narcotics

Sgt. Scott Kivet pulled over a vehicle on Route 130 Oct. 26 at 3:59 p.m. The 25-year-old driver, Angelo Mijailidis of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC oil, maintenance of lamps and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

On Oct. 28, Officer John Cain pulled over Adriel Gonzalez, 22, on Interstate 195. Police charged the Flushing, New York, resident with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unsafe lane change, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and obstructed view.

Officer James Pica stopped a vehicle on Route 130 Oct. 29 at 1:18 a.m. The driver, 27-year-old Deshawn Cushion of Delran, was charged with possession of marijuana and maintenance of lamps.

On Oct. 31, Sgt. Scott Kivet initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 195. The 25-year-old driver, Robert Carbonello, Jr. of Toms River, was charged with possession of heroin, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and careless driving. A passenger, 23-year-old Briana Thomas of Jackson, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of hypodermic needle.

On Nov. 9 at 2:37 p.m., Sgt. Scott Kivet stopped Peter Blazovic on Route 539. Blazovic, 21 of Lake Hopatcong, was charged with possession of LSD, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Nov. 10 at 2:08 p.m., Officer Michael Slininger stopped 40-year-old Marcia Santiago on Route 130. Santiago, of Robbinsville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension, driving suspended, unclear plates, unlicensed driver, uninsured motorist and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

Officer James Pica stopped a vehicle on Route 130 Nov. 11 at 8:37 p.m. The 41-year-old driver, Bilal Vick of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and failure to use headlights.

Officer Matthew Hill initiated a traffic stop on Route 526 Nov. 12 at 1:15 p.m. The 20-year-old driver, Felicie Tsogbe of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana, speeding, cell phone violation and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

East Windsor resident Harvey Henry was pulled over on Route 130 Nov. 12 at 11:36 a.m. by Officer Matthew Hill. Henry, 36, was charged with possession of marijuana, improper signal and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

On Nov. 14, at 12:50 a.m., Officer Thomas Septak initiated a traffic stop on Route 130. The 32-year-old driver, Daniel Castro of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and maintenance of lamps. Edison Guzhnay, 24 of Hightstown, was charged with possession of marijuana. Bryan Villavicencio, 22 of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Toms River resident Daniel Balicki was pulled over on Interstate 195 Nov. 15 at 1:31 p.m. by Sgt. Scott Kivet. Balicki, 31, was charged with possession of controlled substance opioid, possession of hashish, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and obstructing passage of a vehicle.

Officer David Fegler stopped a vehicle on Interstate 195 Nov. 15 at 12:37 p.m. Hamilton resident John Falconio, 38, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Nov. 16 at 2:41 p.m., Officer Colin Lockwood stopped Robbinsville resident Brian Lotto on Hutchinson Road. Lotto, 21, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and front obstruction.

On Nov. 22 at 3:47 a.m., Officer Michael Slininger conducted a traffic stop on Route 33. The 18-year-old driver, Salvatore Schaffer of Robbinsville, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and improper display of plates.

On Nov. 22 at 11:16 a.m., Sgt. Scott Kivet stopped a vehicle on Interstate 195. The 22-year-old driver, Hunter Gill of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

Sgt. Scott Kivet initiated a stop on Interstate 195 Nov. 25 at 8:12 p.m. The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle, Marcus Marion of Willingboro was charged with possession of marijuana, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and cracked windshield.

On Nov. 25 at 10:36 p.m., Sgt. Scott Kivet stopped a vehicle on Interstate 195. An 18-year-old passenger, Nickson Durandisse of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and failure to surrender controlled substance. The 18-year-old driver, Tyler Lashley of Cape May Court House, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane and controlled substance in a motor vehicle.
