All accused were released from custody, and are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Damir Mumic, 35 of Riverside, was charged with theft July 25 after stealing $60,000 worth of mobile phones from the Amazon fulfillment center on New Canton Way. Police said Mumic was an employee at the facility, and the thefts took place over a period of time. Officer Dan Cifelli, Jr. arrested Mumic at the facility at 9:43 a.m. July 25.

Narcotics. On July 24 at 10:37 a.m., Officer Dan Cifelli, Jr. said he stopped a vehicle on Route 526, and found the driver in possession of marijuana. Police charged David Richardson, 29 of Hamilton, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle, and a cell phone violation.

Rostom Gamkrelidze, 27 of Springfield, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing traffic July 26. Officer Thomas Septak stopped a vehicle driven by Gamkrelidze on Route 130 at 12:38 a.m.

On July 26 at 7:45 p.m., Officer James Pica stopped a vehicle driven by David Mariano, 24 of Robbinsville, on Route 130. Mariano was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and a windshield obstruction.

Officer Thomas Septak initiated a motor vehicle stop at 10:37 p.m. July 30 on Meadowbrook Road. As a result of the stop, Carly Ward, 27 of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and obstructed view.

On 1:14 a.m. Aug. 1, Officer John Cain initiated a traffic stop on Route 33. The driver, 21-year-old Hamilton resident Jonathan Murillo, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle, and failure to move over for emergency vehicle.

Karla Argueta Fernandez, 20 of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and failure observe traffic control device Aug 2. Sgt. Scott Kivet stopped Fernandez on Route 33 at 1:41 p.m.

Officer Thomas Septak stopped a vehicle driven by Micahel Mocek on Route 33 Aug. 3 at 10:59 p.m. Mocek, 20 of Hamilton, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain lane, suspended driver and controlled substance in a motor vehicle. A passenger, 19-year-old Robbinsville resident Veronica Didenko, was charged with possession of cocaine.

On Aug. 4 at 1:39 p.m., Sgt. Scott Kivet stopped a vehicle on Interstate 195. Tyler Ross, 24 from Jackson, was charged with possession of heroin, controlled substance in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain lane.

Officer Robert Morgano stopped a driver for speeding on Gordon Road Aug. 8 at 10:38 p.m. Morgano found Safwan Shashaah, 18 of Fort Lee, to be in possession of marijuana. Shashaah was charged for speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle.

On Washington Boulevard Aug. 10 at 1:34 p.m., Officer James Pica found Columbus resident Jasmine Morris, 25, in the possession of a stun gun and Devante Still, 24 of Willingboro, in possession of marijuana. Both were charged and released.

Jeffrey Elkins, 31 of Hightstown, was stopped while driving on Old York Road Aug. 12 at 10:55 a.m. Officer Dan Cifelli, Jr. charged Elkins with speeding and possession of marijuana.

DWI. Officer Michael Slininger pulled over a vehicle Aug. 5 at 11:53 p.m. on Route 33. The driver, Christopher Gearhart, 22 of Robbinsville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, possession of an open container of alcohol, failure to signal lane change and failure to maintain lane.

While on patrol Aug. 10, Officer Michael Slininger noticed an erratic driver on Route 130, and initiated a traffic stop at 12:03 a.m. The 28-year-old driver, Springfield resident Joshua Aron, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding and failure to maintain lane.

On Aug. 10 at 10:46 a.m., Sgt. Scott Kivet initiated a traffic stop on Sharon Road. The 45-year-old driver, Anne Marie Johnson of Robbinsville, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.

Lashay Wilks, 30 of Ewing, was stopped while driving on Route 33 Aug. 10 at 11:42 p.m. Officer Matthew Hill charged Wilks with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and improper use of high beam.

Officer Robert Morgan initiated a traffic stop on Sharon Road Aug. 11 at 11:07 p.m. The 35-year-old driver, Manalapan resident Jose Gomez, was charged with DWI, reckless driving and careless driving.
