For all those out there who have felt like real estate agents have tricked or mislead them, Janine Miller knows how you feel.
After purchasing her first house, Miller said she felt as if she was taken a bit. That feeling — and the desire never to have it happen again — is exactly why Miller, now owner and partner of Century 21 Advantage Gold’s Foxmoor location, got her Realtor’s license.
The former physical therapist learned plenty about real estate and now is in her 11th year in the industry. She began at her current location as manager in February 2007 and became owner of that Century 21 Advantage Gold location in April 2007.
Along with the 27 other agents on the roster there, Miller has learned from experience. Because of that, she looks to form a close relationship with clients and ensure those clients never feel the way she did after her ill-advised purchase.
“I absolutely love what I do,” Miller said. “I treat all of my clients like my best friend. Most of the agents have the same philosophy. That’s how we choose to do our business. The best thing a realtor can do is listen to a client.”
Part of that relationship involves Miller ensuring her sellers’ properties receive the most exposure possible. While Miller specializes in Burlington and Camden counties, other agents in her office cover other southern counties, including Mercer County.

Miller said she usually leaves Mercer to agents in her office that have worked there for a more extended time period, but even she knows much about the market and the area.
